Physical products
If you’re unhappy with a purchase of a physical product from our website, you may return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. Our payment processor takes 3-5 business days to get the funds back to the card or method you paid with. Products must be returned in a re-sellable state in order for the refund to be accepted. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning any products. Alternatively, they can be brought to us in-person if that’s mutually convenient.
If you’re unhappy with the purchase of a physical product you bought in-person, returns will only be provided with proof of a receipt. Returns can be sent to our mailing address. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning any products. Alternatively, they can be brought to us in-person if that’s mutually convenient.
Workshops
If you sign up for a paid workshop and cannot attend, please get in touch. We get it. Spoons and fluctuating disabilities are hard to predict.
If you let us know before the workshop, we will offer you a full refund or chance for deferral (using your same ticket) to a future workshop. Please note our multi-disciplinary workshops may cover different theories and practices. If you get in touch after the workshop, we will be unable to offer you a refund but can still offer you a deferral to a future workshop.
If you choose to defer, we will reach out about the following three workshops we’re offering. If we do not hear back from you to confirm or decline attendance of any three workshops in a row, we will consider your interest no longer applicable.
Digital products
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for digital products. We are happy to answer any questions about the contents of our digital products before you purchase.
